On reports that Mossad's regime-change plan leaned on Ahmadinejad, he floated something sharper:
"We need to be asking if Ahmadinejad was always an Israeli asset. He was always somewhat cartoonish, a little too over the top. It's very possible he was an Israeli asset for a long time."
