Iran swapped missile guidance from GPS to China's BeiDou-3 in January. It gives their missiles much better accuracy, they’re hypersonic and highly maneuverable, fired from underground sites spread across the country.
And the Gulf's soft spot is water. Kuwait is 90% desalination-dependent, and Saudi is 70%. Iran already proved it can reach them.
